Roles & Responsibilities :

- Oversee daily operations of retail stores within the region.

- Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance and implement improvements.

- Sales and Profitability: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.

- Analyze sales reports and financial data to identify trends and opportunities.

- Work with store managers to optimize inventory levels and product assortments.

Team Leadership and Development:

- Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and staff.

- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Customer Experience:

- Ensure a high level of customer service across all stores.

- Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner. Implement customer feedback to improve service quality.

Marketing and Merchandising:

- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute regional promotional activities.

- Ensure stores are visually appealing and merchandise is presented effectively.

- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay competitive.
