Team Lead - Revenue Assurance & Analytics - CA (10-14 yrs)

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead - Revenue Assurance & Analytics to oversee our revenue assurance processes and analytical functions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, analytical skills, and leadership capabilities, ensuring optimal revenue performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Assurance:

- Lead the revenue assurance team in identifying and mitigating revenue leakage risks through thorough analysis and audits.

- Develop and implement processes and controls to ensure accurate revenue recognition and reporting.

- Monitor revenue streams and perform regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Utilize advanced analytics to derive insights and trends related to revenue performance, identifying areas for improvement.

- Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to present revenue analytics to senior management and stakeholders.

- Collaborate with IT and data teams to enhance data collection and reporting processes.

Team Leadership:

- Manage and mentor a team of analysts, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.

- Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and sales, to ensure alignment on revenue strategies.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present findings, insights, and recommendations related to revenue assurance and analytics.

- Address any revenue-related inquiries or issues raised by internal or external stakeholders.

Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices in revenue assurance and analytics.

- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting revenue assurance practices.

- Develop training materials and conduct sessions to enhance team understanding of revenue assurance concepts.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1st or 2nd attempts only.

- Experience: 10 to 14 years of relevant experience in revenue assurance, analytics, or financial auditing.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL) for effective reporting and visualization.

- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience in coaching and mentoring team members.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the telecommunications, utilities, or similar industries.

- Familiarity with revenue assurance software and analytics tools.
