Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer - Generative AI/LLM (2-6 yrs)

Purpose of the Role :

Develop AI solutions that enable the students, parents and teachers to have superior learning and teaching experiences, both inside and outside the classroom. We are on the hunt for an AI/ML Engineer to join our forward-thinking team.

This role is tailor-made for someone passionate about leveraging machine learning and generative AI frameworks and software engineering skills to solve complex problems and drive innovation. As a pivotal member of our team, you will design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge machine learning models that will be integral to our products and services.

Key Responsibilities :

- Deliver full projects by defining the data structure, framework, design, and evaluation metrics for AI solution development and implementation

- Design and build systems using LLMs to empower students and teachers for a variety of applications

- Solve challenging AI and software engineering problems

- Work with other teams to integrate AI into our products

- Create robust AI evaluation frameworks

- Develop strategies to manage AI-specific challenges (latency, variance, errors)

- Keep up with AI advancements, especially in large language models

- Document and communicate complex concepts to facilitate collaborative problem-solving

Qualification/ Experience :

Must-Have : Education B.E / B.Tech Information Technology / Computer Science/ Information Science

Experience What Makes You A Great Fit :

- 2+ years of hands-on experience as an AI/ML Engineer

- Strong software engineering skills, especially with distributed systems

- Experience working with large language models

- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms, including supervised & unsupervised learning and deep learning

- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, Hugging Face)

- Ability to handle and preprocess large, diverse datasets

- Knowledge of AI evaluation and benchmarking

- Knowledge of statistical methods, with strong mathematical skills.

- Clear communication of complex AI concepts

Bonus Points For :

- Experience deploying ML models in production environments

- Cloud platform knowledge for AI deployment

- Open-source AI contributions or relevant publications

Skills :

- Familiarity with popular ML libraries like sci-kit-learn, Keras/TensorFlow/PyTorch, numpy, pandas

- Proficient in Python, FastAPI & other Data Analytics Packages.

- Experience in architecting and implementing high-performance RESTful microservices (API development for ML Models )

- Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI toolkits.

- Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) edge of statistical methods, with strong mathematical skills.
