Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer - LLM (5-7 yrs)

Job Description :

We have a position for 'AI/ML Engineer' at Bridgetree to modernize our data operations by implementing AI/ML solutions and Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will bridge our traditional data infrastructure with cutting-edge AI technologies for Bridgetree. This is a remote position for our India office and will work directly with leadership at US subsidiary.

Responsibilities :

- Design and implement AI/ML solutions for automated data cleansing and ingestion pipelines.

- Develop and deploy autonomous chatbots for workflow optimization.

- Enhance existing ETL processes with machine learning capabilities.

- Create intelligent data preparation workflows for analytics and reporting.

- Build and maintain LLM-based solutions for process automation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI implementation opportunities.

- Develop rapid proofs of concept for new AI/ML initiatives.

Candidate Skills :

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- 2 years of hands-on experience in programming languages. Preferably C# / Python / Nodejs.

- Knowledge of data structures and algorithms.

- Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar).

- LLM implementation and fine-tuning.

- Data pipeline development.

- SQL

- ETL processes and tools.

- Version control systems.

- Database management systems.

- API development and integration.

- Snowflake, PostgreSQL knowledge a plus.

- Experience in building and inferencing Seq2Seq models is preferred.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms.

- Understanding of MLOps practices.
