Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant - Fusion Finance Module (5-7 yrs)

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion Finance, specifically in Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Order to Cash (I2C) processes, to provide functional support and lead implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide functional expertise and support for Oracle Fusion Finance modules, focusing on R2R, P2P, and I2C processes.

- Lead the implementation and enhancement of Oracle Fusion Finance solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.

- Conduct system configuration, testing, and validation of Oracle Fusion Finance modules.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to finance processes and Oracle applications.

- Train and mentor end-users and team members on Oracle Fusion Finance functionalities.

- Stay updated on Oracle Fusion updates and best practices to ensure effective use of the system.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech).

- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Finance, with a focus on R2R, P2P, and I2C processes.

- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Finance modules and functionalities.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Experience in leading projects and providing training to users is a plus.
