Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead sales & marketing of pulps, concentrate & IQF products across geographies.
- Responsible for driving P&L for given segment.
- Implement marketing strategies to have better customer connect & order generation.
- Lead key accounts management for sustainable relationship with global clients with dedicated programs Certifications programs as per customer's need.
- Explore B2B events for better market reach & develop customer network.
- Drive growth in Frozen and Processed (Pulp & Concentrates) products through lead generation and market expansion in B2B, domestic, and export sectors.
- Develop customer base for new product portfolios & expand business beyond current offerings.
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive and capture new opportunities.
- Lead and inspire the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Initiative - Drive initiatives pertaining to market research, competition analysis & data analysis for better offerings.
- Manage and develop a team of skilled professionals to achieve organisational goals and maintain a positive work environment.
