Job Description :

- Initiatives that improve operational efficiency and scalability of the platform.

- During an incident, lead the effort to triage and mitigate. Periodic on-call duty is to be performed for escalated issues

- Manage real-time communications during outages with both technical and nontechnical audiences

- Manage monitoring (finesse and relevance of alerts), and automate responses to alerts

- Communicate effectively with engineering teams, and describe problems succinctly

- with sufficient detail that you can hand off an ongoing problem to another team or a peer for completion

- Drive continuous improvement by measuring and reducing the amount of manual operational work

Key skills :

- Linux administration experience preferred, good knowledge on AWS, Docker, GIT, Scripting,

- ELK Stack, Jenkins, monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios etc.)

- Desired Candidate Profile

- Designing, configuration, and deployment in Amazon Web Services (AWS) for a

- Multitude of applications utilizing the AWS stack

- Hands on experience in deploying Microservices over Linux platform and exposure to

- Automation tools like Docker, Ansible

- Enhancing CI/CD processes, automating infrastructure, and working with cross functional

- Teams to deliver efficient and reliable systems

- Hands on experience in software support and maintenance, including investigation of

- Complex technical issues
