As a Senior Software Developer, you will play a pivotal role in our engineering team, building our technical suite and platform using the skills listed below for product pipelines. Key Responsibilities:

• Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and efficient software solutions. Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers, reviewing code, offering feedback, and promoting best practices for software development.
• Architecture and Design: Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the design of software systems, ensuring alignment with business requirements, scalability, and performance goals.
• Problem Solving: Investigate and troubleshoot complex technical issues, proposing and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to coding standards. Implement and advocate for automated testing and continuous integration practices.
• Collaboration and Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and other departments, providing updates on project progress, technical challenges, and solutions.
• Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in software engineering. Share knowledge and insights with the team to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Full stack Development Excellence: Demonstrated excellence in coding skills with front and back-end technologies including DevOps processes in cloud environments with either AWS or GCP.
• 4-5 years of experience as a web developer.
• In-depth knowledge of software engineering best practices, including design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Agile).
• Demonstrated ability to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
