Performance Marketer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions through UGC video ads.
• Identify, recruit, and manage UGC creators to produce engaging, high-converting content.
• Plan and manage paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other relevant platforms.
• Continuously analyze and optimize ad performance, improving key metrics such as CTR, ROAS, and CAC.
• Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to align marketing campaigns with brand goals.
• A/B test creatives, copy, and audience targeting to enhance ad effectiveness.
• Utilize data analytics and insights to refine marketing strategies and improve conversions.
• Stay up to date with the latest performance marketing trends and platform updates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in performance marketing and paid social campaigns.
• Expertise in UGC video marketing and influencer collaborations.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Ability to scale and optimize campaigns efficiently.
