Sr. Accountant/ Account manager- Ecommerce/ Account and Finance Manager- Ecommerce

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting Management:

o Maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions using Tally.
o Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance, ensuring timely filings.

2. Financial Reporting:
o Prepare monthly balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.
o Create and update MIS reports to track key financial metrics like sales, expenses, and profitability.

3. eCommerce-Specific Tasks:
o Reconcile payment gateways, COD collections, and eCommerce platform transactions.
o Ensure proper allocation of returns, refunds, and deductions from online platforms.

4. Inventory and Vendor Management:
o Coordinate with the logistics team for inventory reconciliation.
o Manage vendor payments and maintain related documentation.

5. Audit and Compliance:
o Assist in preparing financial data for internal and external audits.
o Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and MIS roles, preferably in eCommerce.
- Proficiency in Tally and advanced MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of preparing balance sheets and cash flow statements.
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance in India.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
