We are looking for a Genesys IVR Developer , who will help us work on solutions and implement technologies that will improve user experience, to join our team. The project involves not only updating existing segments of IVRs but primarily focuses on developing new logic and introducing novel features. Since the beginning of this year, our team has expanded its scope to include the development of a Voice BOT project.
Responsibilities:
Develop the IVR code from pre-defined requirements
Develop, maintain and support complex solution requirements
Work with Dialog modules for voice recognition, AI and authentication
Participate in troubleshooting issues: analyzing logs and determining root cause
Deal with voice and chat bots with the core voice and multimedia functionalities.
Partner closely with the Technical Architect, Engineering, Business Analysts
Quality Assurance and other cross-functional program team member
3+ years relevant experience required develop applications in Genesys Composer
3+ years of relevant experience required using GRAT and GRE
Experience with Genesys Platform
Enterprise-scale IVR application development experience
Experience in NLP (Natural Language Processing) & NLU (Natural Language Understanding), ML (Machine Learning), Conversational AI
Experience with CI/CD (Git, Jenkins, Maven, etc.)
Experience with agile and scrum development methodologies
Experience with web services integration
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills in a complex, distributed environment
Knowledge in Azure Bot Service, Azure Cognitive services (ex: LUIS.ai), and QA maker Microsoft Bot framework
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Core Java, Servlets, JSP, Web-Services, REST based micro-services, JAVA/J2EE
Nuance grammar development experience
Experience in automated testing desired
Knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases
Experience with Spring framework
Bachelor s degree in a technology discipline or equivalent experience
Experience with web server like Tomcat
