Executive- Operations (BAU)

Job Title: Executive - Operations (BAU)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Schedule and confirm orders across various marketplaces and Shopify website.

2. ⁠Optimize product listings when required.

3. ⁠Handle Safe-T claims, tcikets and ensure timely resolution.

4. ⁠Create and manage support tickets.

5. ⁠Calling to all orders that comes from Shopify India website.

6. ⁠update inventory levels when required.

7. ⁠Creating shipments on DHL, Aramex, Fedex, etc.

8. ⁠Address and resolve any shipping-related issues promptly.

9. ⁠Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

10. ⁠Provide regular updates and reports on task progress and operational challenges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
