Job Title: CRM and Order Management Executive.

Job Summary: The CRM and Order Management Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships and overseeing the order management process. This role requires a strong understanding of CRM systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Process and track customer orders from receipt to delivery.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Generate reports and provide insights on customer behavior and order management performance.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist in the development and execution of CRM campaigns and initiatives.
