We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Executive with 2 to 4 years of experience in IT business development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, generating leads, and contributing to the growth of our IT services and solutions business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
    • Identify potential clients through research, databases, social media platforms, and other relevant sources.
    • Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms to create and nurture a robust lead pipeline.
  • Lead Qualification:
    • Evaluate leads to determine fit with company offerings based on factors like budget, needs, and decision-making timelines.
    • Coordinate with the sales team to transition qualified leads for further engagement.
  • Market Research:
    • Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies.
    • Gather intelligence on target industries to inform lead generation efforts and refine outreach strategies.
  • Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams:
    • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business development goals.
    • Provide feedback to improve sales enablement materials, campaigns, and pitches.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
    • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
    • Generate regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and pipeline health.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 to 4 years in IT sales, business development, or lead generation roles.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with IT services like SaaS, cloud solutions, managed services, and digital transformation.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging outreach messages.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and lead performance metrics to refine strategies.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Relationship-building skills and the ability to influence decision-makers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of IT industry trends and terminologies.
  • Experience with outbound lead generation tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, or similar platforms.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
