This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of corporate events, from small meetings to large-scale conferences, ensuring that each event meets the strategic goals of the organization while fostering client and partner relationships.

The Global Corporate Events Manager will work collaboratively with various departments to develop engaging programs that resonate with target audiences and deliver measurable outcomes.

This role also requires managing budgets, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute comprehensive event strategies aligned with organizational goals.

- Design event formats, themes, and content to engage participants effectively.

- Oversee the planning and execution of corporate events such as conferences, trade shows, and workshops.

- Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely execution of payments.

- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, venues, and stakeholders for seamless execution.

- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and partners for services and venues.

- Coordinate logistics including transportation, accommodations, and on-site management.

- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

- Evaluate event success through feedback, surveys, and post-event analysis.

- Utilize social media and marketing platforms to promote events and increase attendance.

- Lead a team of event coordinators and staff to achieve event objectives.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new event technologies.

- Provide timely reports to upper management on event outcomes and budget status.

- Manage crisis situations and resolve issues promptly during events.

- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams for branding initiatives.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or related field.

- Minimum of 5-7 years experience in event planning or management.

- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale corporate events.

- Strong proficiency in budget management and financial reporting.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in project management software and event planning tools.

- Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.

- Strong negotiation skills and vendor management experience.

- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

- Knowledge of marketing strategies for event promotion.

- Willingness to travel as necessary for event execution.

- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Creative mindset with an ability to innovate event experiences.

- Experience with online event platforms and virtual events.

- Strong analytical skills for evaluating event success and outcomes.

- Certifications in event planning (e.g, CMP, CEM) are a plus.
