Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee data using SAP and SuccessFactors.
• Payroll administration and processing
• Support Learning & Development (L&D) operations and manage related metrics.
• Analyze and report on L&D metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Hands-on experience with SAP and SuccessFactors employee data management.
• Proven experience in payroll processing; international payroll experience is a plus.
• Experience in supporting L&D operations and managing related metrics.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in L&D analytics and metrics.
• Willingness to work in the Singapore timezone
