Tender Executive

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities: Find tenders from various sources, such as online platforms, client requests, and public notices
• Analyze requirements: Understand the technical, financial, and legal requirements of a tender
• Coordinate with internal teams: Work with finance, and legal teams to gather information and prepare proposals
• Prepare documentation: Create technical, commercial, and legal documents for submission
• Ensure compliance: Make sure that all documents comply with internal quality standards and client requirements
• Communicate with stakeholders: Act as a point of contact for clients and communicate with potential and current suppliers
• Manage risk: Identify potential risks and propose strategies to mitigate them
• Conduct market research: Research trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities
• Follow up: Follow up on submitted tenders to get feedback and results
