Video Scriptwriter Intern

Role & responsibilities

Scriptwriting:

• Develop clear, engaging, and informative video scripts tailored according to the target audience.
• Focus on content for promotional videos, training modules, process walkthroughs, and client case studies.

Concept Development:

• Collaborate with the consulting team to research, ideate, and conceptualize impactful video topics aligned with our services and client needs.
• Transform business insights and data into compelling video narratives.

Content Strategy:

• Create structured scripts that align with the brand's tone and messaging while ensuring clarity and accessibility for diverse audiences.
• Design narratives that effectively communicate our consulting expertise.

Collaboration for Production:

• Work closely with video editors, and graphic designers to ensure the script is executed cohesively with visual and audio elements.
• Provide direction for voice overs, animations, and other multimedia components as needed.

Feedback and Revisions:

• Incorporate feedback from internal teams and stakeholders to refine scripts and ensure alignment with project objectives.

Market Research:

• Stay updated on industry trends, audience preferences, and emerging content formats to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors or Masters in Business Management is preferred.
• Video Scriptwriting experience, specifically for video content such as training modules, explainer videos, promotional materials, or corporate communication.
• Familiarity with retail operations, SOPs, business process optimization, workflow automation, etc
• Strong research and writing abilities to translate complex ideas into accessible and engaging content.
• Basic understanding of video production and editing tools.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to feedback and evolving requirements.
• Deadline-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Team player with excellent collaboration skills to work with video editors, designers, and subject matter experts.
