Executive Strategist To Founder's Office

Role & responsibilities

• Act as the Founders Trusted Ally: Step into critical client and team meetings alongside the CEO, ensuring discussions align with Praper Media's goals and managing sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
• Advisor to CEO: Provide valuable insights and act as a sounding board to Pratham, aiding in key business decisions to scale Praper Media, expand service offerings, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strategic Initiative Oversight: Oversee the implementation of initiatives, such as scaling podcast editing services, onboarding new clients, and achieving financial milestones.
• Team Liaison: Act as a bridge between Pratham and the 50+ team members, ensuring smooth communication across departments, from creative teams to operations, while fostering alignment with Praper Medias vision.
• Data-Driven Insights for Growth: Analyze key performance metrics, such as video editing turnaround times, client retention, and revenue growth, to develop actionable business strategies that enhance Praper Media's service quality and profitability.
• Actionable Planning: Contribute to creating detailed business plans for entering new niches like podcast editing for founders, and scaling YouTube services globally.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in business administration, communications, or related field.
• Experience in the media industry or a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus.
