Business Development Intern

Role & responsibilities

Lead Management:

• Handle incoming leads via emails, calls, and messages.
• Initiate and manage first calls with prospective clients to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives.
• Analyze and assess client requirements to create a Scope of Work.

Pre-Sales Support:

• Work closely with clients to define the project scope, ensure understanding of deliverables, and address any concerns or questions.
• Excellent Presentation & Research Skills.
• Develop and discuss pricing and commercial terms with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals.

Collaboration & Documentation:

• Liaise with partners to assist in project documentation, information sharing, and any additional needs that arise.

Outreach & Relationship Building:

• Conduct outreach to potential leads on LinkedIn to promote services and generate interest.

Pre-Sales Cycle Management:

• Oversee the entire pre-sales cycle, from lead generation to client handover to operations team.

Preferred candidate profile

• Highly self motivated.
• Proven experience in sales support, pre-sales, or lead management roles.
• Strong understanding of client needs assessment and project scoping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn & Sales Navigator outreach strategies and lead generation techniques.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
