Opening: General Manager (Operations)

Work Location: Hyderabad

We are looking for an experienced professional for General Manager Position preferable experience in Granite Mines. This role is critical for overseeing mining operations across multiple sites, ensuring efficient production management from time to time.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all Midwest Group mining operations, including Dimension Stone Granite, Quartzite, Grey Marble, and Quartz mines.
2. Plan and execute mining operations for Granite Mines, ensuring the effective use of large mechanized opencast mining processes.
3. Lead site teams, ensuring proper site visits, production target planning, and implementation.
4. Organize and manage multiple tasks, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient mine operations.
5. Identify and address any operational or production issues, ensuring timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
6. Adjust strategies and plans based on changing conditions to maintain production targets.
7. Required Experience

• 20 plus years of experience in mining industry preferably granite with a strong background in operations

• Qualifications:
• B.Tech. (Mining) or equivalent degree in Mining Engineering.
• First Class Mines Manager Certificate of Competency.
