Associate- Service Desk Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Respond to queries from callers, understanding users query and provide technical support and assistance.
• Remotely assist all employees or staff with technology problems, answer staff questions in person or remotely on all company supported applications.
• Follow standard Help Desk operating procedures while opening, tracking and closure of Incident/ Task or status update.
• Ensuring timely resolutions & clear communication whether written or verbal is accurate, professional, clear and concise.
• Solid experience to successfully solve problems and narrow down reported issues, identify root causes, and find creative solutions to effectively address customer concerns.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Immediate Joiners Preferred.
• Contractual role for 1 year.
