We are looking for a motivated and experienced Software Sales Development Manager to drive growth in our automotive software solutions segment.
The ideal candidate will spearhead sales initiatives, manage client relationships, and contribute to market expansion by aligning innovative software solutions with the evolving needs of the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, Software sales or a relevant role, Proven sales track record.
- Field sales, Key Account Management, B2B sales, Hunting, Farming.
- Experience in customer support is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software (e.Salesforce)
- Proficiency in English, Telugu/Tamil/ Malayalam added advantage.
- Market knowledge, Software License topology, Ability to Sell both Software product and services.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport.
- Time management and planning skills.
- BE in Computer Science / Electronics/ BCA +MBA in Marketing & sales.
- Extensive customer needs and understanding of the industry vertical like Automotive, Aerospace, Railways, Embedded software Campines, IT & ITES, Medical & Pharma in the assigned territory (South India).
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and managing accounts
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned quotas and revenue targets
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, effectively communicating the value proposition of our software solutions
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities
- Manage and develop a territory or assigned client base
- Negotiate and close contracts
- Provide excellent customer support and ensure client satisfaction
- Track and report on sales performance metrics
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in software sales, business development, or a related field
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the automotive industry and its software needs (a plus)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Strong time management and planning skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e., Salesforce) (BE in Computer Science / Electronics/ BCA) + MBA in Marketing & Sales (Preferred)
