Business Finance Role - Startup (4-9 yrs)

Designation: Manager, Business Finance

Reports to Head of Business Finance

Individual Contributor Role

Location: Gurgaon

Responsibilities:

1. Driving revenue maximization/ cost optimization projects and implementation thereof

2. Working along with the business to create forward looking business and strategic plans

3. Inventory and working capital optimization - analysis of slow-moving inventory, inventory wastage analysis and other critical analysis

4. Creation of various SOPs (Standard Processes) related to financials and driving process for their compliance

5. Ensuring adherence of terms of trade with vendors/ customers, in order to remove possibility of any potential revenue/ margin losses

6. Creating business cases for upcoming projects and doing cost benefit analysis.

7. CAPEX vs OPEX analysis based on payback period, risk on investments etc.

8. Cost/ Margin variance analysis at an overall country/ region/ business category, against previous months/ budgets/ forecasts and driving with the business to attain the targets

9. Contract negotiation/ terms of trade with vendors/customers in order to create a leverage

10. Report Automation - Migration towards automated agile environment within finance in order to enable various reports on real time basis

11. Management accounting - work closely with financial leaders and responsible for presenting regular cost dashboards, trend analysis deck, monthly and quarterly performance deck, Variance analysis decks, next month estimations and budget, other ongoing optimization projects
