Scapia - Business Finance Role (1-4 yrs)

Role:

We are looking for a finance partner to focus on business finance, financial planning and managing vendor finance partnerships for both cards and travel business for Scapia.

Focus Areas:

- Business Partnering: Work with business to ensure growth and profitability. Analyse sales data, customer data and help in business strategies. Managing the P&l through monthly forecasting , budgeting and delivery.

- Tracking the Key KPI which drives business growth and a better p&l.

- Financial Analysis and control to ensure the business hygiene is maintained and we prevent any possible leakages.

- Working regularly with vendors and brands to ensure we are clean on the record of the balances and relations we hold with them.

Profile:

- You have 1-4 years of experience working in Business Finance / FP&A

- CA/MBA/Engineers can apply.

- You have a strong bias for action and can execute effectively.

- You are deeply analytical and data-driven.

- You communicate and document effectively.

- Have experience in working with business/finance stakeholders.
