Job Title: Head of HR

Job Overview:
As the Head of HR, you will develop and execute the HR strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives. You will oversee all aspects of human resources practices, processes, and policies to ensure the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent, fosters a positive work environment, and complies with employment laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth and enhance employee engagement.
- Lead the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for senior leadership and key roles.
- Manage and improve HR policies, ensuring they are compliant with legal regulations and reflect best practices.
- Oversee performance management, compensation, and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
- Lead learning and development efforts to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
- Develop succession planning strategies to ensure continuity in key positions.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business needs and translate them into HR solutions.
- Lead organizational change initiatives and manage employee communication during times of transformation.
Key Requirements:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws, talent management, and HR best practices.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor a high-performing HR team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
