Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production and presentation.
  
• Develop menus, recipes, and pricing strategies to meet business objectives.
  
• Supervise a team of cooks, sous chefs, and other kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and productivity.
  
• Conduct menu costing, inventory management, and waste control to minimize losses.
  
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain a clean working environment.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 10-15 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in hotels or restaurants.
  
• Bachelor's degree (B.A) in Any Specialization or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
  
• Strong culinary skills with knowledge of Indian cuisine and international dishes; ability to develop innovative menus.
  
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals; strong communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues.
