Job Description
MEIP (MHI Engineering and Industrial Projects India Pvt. Ltd), a Group Company of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries,
Japan (www.mhi.com, www.mhieip.com ) engaged in Fertilizer, LNG, Petrochemical, Green Energy business
is hiring candidates for the following position with experience in FEED/EPC of Fertilizer/ Petrochemical/
Refinery plant for their Gurgaon office.
Position : Designer Electrical Qualification : Diploma / ITI in Electrical Discipline (minimum qualification)
Experience : 8-12 years in Detailed Engineering of Industrial Projects . He should have experience
of working in International Projects involving international codes.
Preferred Age : 30-40 years
Type of job : 1 Year Fixed Term Employment (extendable)
Basic and Detail Electrical Engineering of Chemical, Fertilizer and Petrochemical Plants.
SP3D modeling for cable trays/ conduits/ light fixtures/ Junction Boxes/ Panels and misc equipment.
Preparation of various design calculations e.g.- cable sizing, raceway sizing, earthing and illumination
Preparation/checking of Installation details, Layouts like lighting / cable tray/ power/
grounding/substation arrangement drawing/lighting Wiring Drawing/area classification drawings,
schematics and Interconnection diagrams in Auto-Cad.
Should be proficient in preparing Lightning layouts of the entire plant, buildings.
Key Skills: Working in 3D environment and producing drawings, Modeling in SP3D, Clash checking and
resolving, Drawing / Layout preparation in Smart Sketch, Drawing / Layout preparation in AutoCAD, MTO
calculation extraction from SP3D. Candidate having experience of working in EPC organizations /
Engineering organizations of repute shall be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
The Designer will work in Electrical Department and will be responsible for producing Drawings, layouts as per
the project design basis, standards and industrial practices.

General knowledge of management techniques
