About the Role:

This is a full-time, remote position for an experienced and results-oriented AVP, Channel Partnership - - Digital Marketing. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in building and nurturing strong relationships with external recruitment partners (agencies and companies) for the digital marketing domain. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to identify, onboard, and manage partnerships that effectively source talents for MGrow.


Mandatory Requirement:

  • Should have an experience of working with HR teams of the companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new partners: Develop and implement effective onboarding processes for new recruitment partners, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
  • Develop and execute a strategic partnership plan: Identify, research, and prioritize potential recruitment partners (agencies and companies) specializing in digital marketing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships: Establish and nurture long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations.
  • Manage partner performance: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for each partnership, including fill rates, time-to-fill, and cost-per-hire.
  • Conduct regular partner reviews: Conduct periodic reviews with partners to discuss performance, address any challenges, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., hiring managers, HR, legal) to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends: Keep up-to-date on the latest recruitment trends, technologies, and best practices within the digital marketing sector.
  • Represent MGrow at industry events: Attend and participate in relevant industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential partners.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on building and managing partnerships with external recruitment agencies and companies.
  • Deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape: In-depth knowledge of the digital marketing industry, including key roles, skills, and trends.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented and data-driven: Proven ability to achieve recruitment goals and track and analyze key performance indicators.
  • Proactive and resourceful: Ability to identify and proactively address challenges, and find creative solutions to recruitment challenges.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude: A team player with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a passion for recruitment.
