Channel Partner Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel partner strategies to drive revenue growth through partnerships with B2B distributors, retailers, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Good experience in Apartment / High Rise Residential sales
  
• Manage relationships with existing partners to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement in their performance.
  
• Identify new potential partners and develop strategies to onboard them into the company's distribution network.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales) to align sales enablement materials and training programs for partners.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform partner development initiatives.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-7 years of experience in Channel Sales Management or related field.
  
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective channel partner strategies.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
