Role Overview :

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic individual to take on the role of Senior Manager, leading the Central Analytics Team. In this pivotal position, you will drive data-driven decision-making across the organization, ensuring business growth and maximizing the value of analytics solutions.

Your primary focus will be overseeing a team of proficient analysts who leverage data insights to enhance business performance, drive product development, improve customer experience, and refine business strategies. You'll have the opportunity to innovate, take risks, and tackle meaningful challenges within a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities :

- Manage stakeholder relationships, facilitating communication between teams to ensure smooth processes and alignment of key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Demonstrate strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with a track record of driving measurable impact through data-driven strategies.

- Create new data funnels and continuously improve existing dashboards and reports to enhance data visibility and support decision-making.

- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Leverage research to understand user behaviour, preferences, and pain points.

- Guide and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

- Exhibit advanced analytical skills with proven ability to develop complex business solutions.

Requirements :

- Passionate about leveraging data to craft compelling stories and insights.

- Proven experience in implementing large-scale analytics solutions.

- Familiarity with e-commerce business metrics and demonstrated experience in managing P&L.

- Strong understanding of statistical techniques and their practical applications.

- Experience in leadership, project management, and team management.

- Expertise in SQL, Python, and Google Sheets.

- Experience with Google Scripts (Java) and visualization tools like Power BI is a plus.
