Senior Executive- CRM Campaign Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a CRM Analyst with 2-3 years of experience in any Campaign Management/CRM tools like Clevertap, Webengage, Capillary, Salesforce etc. The ideal candidate will support interpret campaign data, derive actionable insights to drive business decisions and support in campaign planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive CRM campaign calendar (e.g., quarterly) and align with business objectives using relevant data and estimated campaign ROI.
• Collaborate with business and marketing stakeholders to plan campaigns that drive incremental sales and customer engagement.
• Lead end-to-end campaign management, including ideation, setup, execution, and performance measurement.
• Present post-campaign analysis and actionable insights to senior management to demonstrate the impact of campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with CRM trends and best practices, particularly within the fashion/footwear industry, to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience with Campaign Management/CRM tools.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Retail or omnichannel experience is a plus.
