The candidate must have a deep understanding of the Avature platform and expertise in developing custom reports tailored to our organizations needs.

The primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and implement custom reports within the Avature platform to provide insights into various HR processes, including recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.

Overall Experience about 6-8 years and at least 4-5 years of relevant experience in Custom Reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

- Hand on Experience on Avature ATS Platform

- Design and develop custom reports within the Avature platform using Avature Report Builder or Avature Advanced Reports.

- Develop dashboards and visualizations to present data in a clear and actionable format.

- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic decision-making.

- Utilize SQL queries, JavaScript, and other programming languages to extract and manipulate data for reporting purposes.

- Proven experience working with the Avature platform, including building custom reports and dashboards.

- Strong proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and other programming languages.

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar is preferred.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and business objectives.

- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to integrate data from external sources into Avature for comprehensive reporting.

- Test and validate reports to ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency.

- Provide training and support to end-users on accessing and interpreting reports.

- Stay updated on new features and functionalities of the Avature platform and recommend enhancements to optimize reporting capabilities.

- Maintain documentation of reporting processes, data sources, and report specifications.

- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Prior experience in HR or talent acquisition analytics is preferred.

- Certification in Avature Application or Reporting is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
