SAP S/4 HANA Consultant - IS-OIL/Downstream Domain (5-8 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP S/4 HANA IS Oil Downstream Consultant with in-depth knowledge and expertise in Transportation and Distribution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of core SD processes and possess advanced skills in areas such as Transportation Planning, TAS, TPI, Shipments (Costing), and Interfaces.

Responsibilities :

- Analyze business requirements and design, develop, and implement SAP S/4 HANA solutions within the Oil Downstream domain.

- Provide expertise in Transportation and Distribution, including Master Data, Transportation Planning, TAS, and TPI. Configure and support Shipments (Costing) processes within the SAP system.

- Design and implement complex interfaces/RIEF for data integration and exchange.

- Provide expertise in Contracts (Customer/Vendor), Quotes, and Pricing.

- Support Quantity Conversions and Hydrocarbon Product Management processes.

- Provide expertise in Exchanges, Netting, and Logical Inventory Adjustments.

- Support TSW Ticketing and Nominations processes.

- Provide expertise in Excise Duty regulations and their implementation within SAP.

- Support Stock Reconciliation and Valuation processes.

- Support Logistics Invoice Verification and Workflow processes.

- Perform basic ABAP debugging and understand code.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business users, project managers, developers) to ensure successful project delivery.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP S/4 HANA IS Oil Downstream solutions.

- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and SAP S/4 HANA innovations.

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience as an SAP S/4 HANA IS Oil Downstream Consultant.

- Proven expertise in Transportation and Distribution, including Master Data, Transportation Planning, TAS, and TPI.

- Strong understanding of core SD processes within the Oil Downstream industry.

- Advanced skills in SAP S/4 HANA configuration, including Shipments (Costing), Interfaces/RIEF, and ABAP debugging. Knowledge of Contracts (Customer/Vendor), Quotes, Pricing, Quantity Conversions, Hydrocarbon Product Management, Exchanges, Netting, Logical Inventory Adjustment, TSW Ticketing, Nominations, Excise Duty, Stock Reconciliation, and Valuation.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in working with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementations in the Oil & Gas industry.
