Contract Duration : 12+ months

Background :

Ford Motor Company has recently launched the Integrated ERP Program (iERP) to streamline and simplify its technical footprint, focus on differentiating capabilities, and standardize business processes. The current focus of iERP is the transformation of Finance and Direct Procurement, supporting the pilot launch and subsequent deployment across global regions. This role is for an SAP Functional Consultant/Lead with expertise in ERP implementations for SAP Material Management (MM) in Direct Procurement within the automotive/manufacturing industry, specifically in the requisitioning to ordering process.

Skills Required :

Primary Skills :

SAP S/4 HANA - MM Functional Consultant

- 7 to 10 years of IT experience

- 5 to 7 years of functional experience with SAP MM, covering :

1. Requisitioning to ordering processes (purchase orders, scheduling agreements)

2. Directed Tier 2 procurement

3. Sub-contracting

4. Intercompany transactions

- Experience in at least one full life cycle of SAP S/4 HANA and Fiori implementation

Skills Preferred :

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.

- Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience Required :

- Proven experience in leading collaborative global teams during steady-state operations, post-go-live phases, and strategic solution development.

- Hands-on experience with root-cause analysis and issue resolution.

Experience Preferred :

- Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.

Education Required :

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, MCA, B.E., B.Tech, or a related field.

Education Preferred :

- Relevant SAP certification.

- Knowledge of Ariba Sourcing, Supply Chain Collaboration, and S/4 HANA integrations.
