Job Description: Assistant Manager - Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Position Title: Assistant Manager - CRM
Location: Tardeo and Mulund
Department: Post Sales
Reporting To: CRM Lead

Position Overview
The Assistant Manager CRM is responsible for overseeing the customer relationship lifecycle post-booking of properties. The role involves driving customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring seamless communication, timely resolution of queries, and efficient handling of all post-sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement and Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers post-booking to possession.
  • Ensure proactive and consistent communication with customers, addressing their concerns and queries.



Documentation and Compliance

  • Oversee the issuance of demand letters, agreements, and other relevant documentation.
  • Facilitate property registration and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.


Customer Retention

  • Build long-term relationships with customers by delivering excellent service.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Query Resolution and Complaint Handling

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively within defined timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as legal, finance, and sales to provide solutions.


Project and Possession Management

  • Plan and execute customer possession handovers.
  • Ensure readiness of properties for possession, managing snag lists and quality checks.


Reporting and Analysis

  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction metrics and suggest improvements.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and software.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of real estate laws and documentation processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
