Internal Sales - Role Accountabilities (What is this role responsible for delivering)
Internal Sales
- Build professional and trusting relationships with regional Commercial teams.
- Accurate and timely quotation filing, as required by regional Commercial teams.
- Working with regional Commercial teams, and the rules of the Business to facilitate sending of rate cards to customers directly.
- Work with regional Commercial teams to manage and maintain existing rates as per the Company s best practice.
- Prepare and update customer specific booking reports as required.
- Work closely with the various regional Commercial teams regarding affiliated processes.
- Maintenance of internal sales contacts in operating systems.
- Keep up to date with various product and service information for Swire Shipping.
Other
- Comply with company polices, processes, procedures, and playbook.
- Work independently and assists the team in achieving goals, targets, and performance standards.
- Contribute to team by sharing their experience and understanding of policies, processes, and practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Report any deficiencies or resource problems immediately to Supervisor.
