Engineer-Inside Sales

Job Description:

• Position - Engineer-Inside Sales
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in B2B sales
• Qualifications: Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical, Instrumentation)

Responsibilities:

• Technical Sales & Order Closure:
• Understand customer inquiries, technical requirements, and project specifications to provide tailored solutions.
• Engage with customers to resolve concerns and negotiate terms to finalize sales.
• Follow up to finalize orders once requirements are resolved.
• Manage price and delivery negotiations within approval limits.
• Escalate beyond-limit cases to the manager.
• Maintain a high closure rate for small-ticket items within defined timeframes
• Customer Support:
• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound customer queries related to technical products or small orders.
• Ensure prompt follow-ups and maintain customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information.
• Sales Pipeline Management:
• Manage and prioritize multiple small-order inquiries and ensure their timely closure.
• Track and document sales activities in CRM software, maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
• Achieve assigned targets for order volume, revenue, and customer retention.
• Actively engage in cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
• Collaborate with Sales Associates to assist in the lead generation process.
• Qualify leads by assessing their potential and passing them on to the relevant sales team members.
