Education, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Experience Education:- B. Tech / B.E. Electrical/ EEE/ Electronics Essential: - Sales Experience in Electrical Equipment and/or Service Sales in Industry segment.
Desired: - Relevant Work experience in Power electronics Drives, Rotating Machines, Electrical & Industrial Automation fields Analytical knowledge in service business along with commercial terms. Knowledge: - Knowledge of MV Drive systems or Motor as product, application and sales would be an added advantage. Service sales knowledge for spares of Electric Motors/ Drives with clear understanding of its sizing & selection, Spare requirement and electrical standards.

10 to 12 years of Experience in Sales of spares and services MV/HV motors/ Generators, MV/LV Drives for Industrial applications Knowledge of MV Drive systems or Motor as product, application and sales would required. Good understanding of traditional service business like long terms Contracts, warranty extension, Spare parts sale, maintenance contract, new age Services, etc. Overall similar industry experience 10-12 years
