Senior Service Engineer / Manager - MEP -

Job Descriptions :

Responsible for managing the cooling tower Installation services, SOP, customer complaints.

Ensure all process and procedures are followed.

Able to understand GAD, Assembly manuals and project layouts.

Technical knowledge on Testing, Commissioning of cooling tower. Preparing of complete

handing over documents.

Evaluate and resolve problems of the customer for cooling tower works. Develop and maintain

relations with customers during the activities. Maintain product expertise, service works.

Manage perform routine site visits, inspections, maintenance of cooling towers services,

performance of the product. Generate spares enquiries.

Offer customer training for the product, regular service and maintenance of equipment.

Provide customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requests.

Coordinate with administration, commercial and sales departments to ensure timely and

smooth function of action in the system.

Authorized to sell the spare parts considering customer s requirement
