We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to join our team.

- The Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated testing solutions to enhance our software quality and efficiency.

Duties & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for various software applications (web, mobile, API).

- Utilize appropriate automation frameworks and tools to create robust and reusable test scripts.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, testers, business analysts) to identify automation test requirements and prioritize test cases for automation.

- Execute automated test cases, analyze test results, and identify software defects.

- Generate test reports and provide feedback to development teams.

- Identify, document, and report software defects using bug tracking systems (e.g, Jira).

- Work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution of defects.

- Maintain and improve existing automation frameworks, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and adaptable to changing project needs.

- Research and evaluate new automation tools and technologies.

- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging automation trends, and new testing methodologies.

- Proactively seek opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Proficiency with test management tools (TFS, Jira).

- Strong understanding of various operating systems (Windows, macOS).

- Experience testing web services (REST, SOAP), MongoDB databases, and mobile applications (iOS, Android).

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Solid knowledge of functional testing techniques (black box testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing).

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
