Job Description
- To acquire the right kind of customers for Merraky Engineering Solutions in its target markets of USA, UK and Mainland Europe.
- To manage relationship with the customers until the account becomes eligible for a dedicated relationship manager.
- To develop desktop-based test tools and frameworks for testing embedded software and hardware.
- Should be able to prepare and execute test cases (manual and automation test cases) by understanding the requirements.
- Work with the delivery function to ensure that the customer s requirements are met, and expectations are fulfilled.
- Ensure timely submission of invoices and follow up to collect payment.
- Represent Merraky s interest with the customer s organization and the customer s interest within Merraky.
- Maintain a real-time and accurate report of all sales activity on the CRM tool. Report on progress to plan regularly.
- Represent Merraky in Seminars, Workshops, Tradeshows and other public forum.
Preferred Experience:
- Engineering or other equivalent technology related education. MBA will be an added advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience in selling engineering services directly (on-the-ground) in the US, Europe or Australia markets.
- At least 10 years of experience in sales, prospecting or marketing.
- Valid Visas to travel to the target markets will be an added advantage.
- More than 50% of the effort and time needs to be spent on the field. So that candidate should be willing and able to travel frequently at short notice.
- Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in other European languages will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in international sales process, experience in handling deals that are larger than $500K and experience in negotiating international contracts are must-haves.

- B.E / B.Tech / Any graduate
