Job Description
Job Description:
- Primary Skills: C / Linux kernel bringup / Linux system programming
- Experience in Linux Internals
- Good experience in Linux System, Linux kernel bring up
- Good experience in Linux build system, Linux Kernel configuration, Kernel compilation
- Good experience in Linux driver integration
- Experience in Network driver integration is preferred
- Experience in Linux boot loader and Linux boot process such as GRUB or LILO bootloader
- Work experience in Networking products is preferred
- Knowledge in Linux Filesystems Ramdisk, initfs, etc.
- Experience in init scripts, shell scripts,
- Good knowledge in Multithreading, multiprocessing, Inter process communication, Socket programming in Linux
- Knowledge Logical Volume Manager (LVM), VPN, VMWare is a plus
- Good team player experienced in working with cross-site and cross-functional teams
Preferred Experience:
- Linux Kernel, Kernel Configuration, Linux driver integration, Boot loader, LVM, TCP/IP, VPN or VMWare, GRUB or LILO
Education:
- B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech Electronics/CS
- Masters degree preferred
