Commercial Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage commercial activities, including procurement, contracts, logistics, vendor management, and billing.

• Have knowledge of Import / Export and customs clearance
  
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  
• Prepare purchase orders (PO) and maintain accurate records.
  
• Negotiate prices with vendors to optimize costs.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering & construction industry.
  
• Strong understanding of commercial operations, including procurement, contracts, logistics, vendor management, and billing processes.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders.
