Commercial Executive

Role & responsibilities

Required Commercial Executive would be performed Legal regulatory matters in Electricity Tariff/Regulatory matters of Thermal Power / Hydro Power and Coal Mines projects.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualified B.Tech candidates must have experience in following matters related to Electricity Act.

a. Tariff calculations / General Network Access / LTOA for the power project.

b. Capital Cost approval from CEA.

c. Filing of Tariff Application for Multi Year Tariff or Yearly True Up

d. Filing of application of approval of additional Capex / recovery due to change in law.

e Handled the above mentioned matter/issues in appeals before Appellate Tribunal.

f Calculation / Analysis of Tariff as per Tariff Guidelines.

g Support the legal team in above said matters before APTEL/Supreme Court etc.

h Familiar with other relevant laws / regulations / Procedures to Electricity act /

Commercial & Operations matters of Power Plant.

g. Good communication and written skills.

h Fair knowledge of MS word Excel and financial modeling
