Asst./Dy./ Manager - Facility

JOB Description:

1) Facility Maintenance & overall supervision : including House Keeping, gardeners, electricians, Ground maintenance etc.

2) Maintaining Records - Keeping all type of Records which is required for AMCs relating to AC, projectors, sports equipment etc.

3) Attendance Maintenance of all academy students (thru Facial recognition) and staffs and on-call staffs for Academy.

4)Maintaining Sales Experience Center Customer related Food, water etc. Indenting of consumables etc.

5) Overall supervision of all events, like Cricket tournaments, CP meets, Marketing events etc.

6) Ticketing/Accommodation /transportation/ F & B etc of visiting Guests.

7) House Keeping SOPs/Check lists maintenance including Facility Agency bill checking/passing as per guidance from the Management.
