Law Officer

Contract Drafting and Review:

• Draft, review, and negotiate all types of mall-related contracts including tenant leases, vendor agreements, property management contracts, and common area maintenance agreements.
• Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, mall policies, and industry best practices.

Legal Compliance:

• Monitor and advise on legal compliance regarding mall operations, building codes, signage regulations, and consumer protection laws.
• Identify potential legal risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Dispute Resolution:

• Assist in resolving legal disputes with tenants, vendors, or other parties related to lease agreements or mall operations.
• Negotiate settlements and manage legal claims.

Documentation Management:

• Maintain a comprehensive system for storing and tracking all mall-related legal documents.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation for all legal matters.

Collaboration with Management:

• Provide legal advice to mall management on operational issues, including tenant disputes, lease renewals, and property management concerns.
• Work closely with other departments like leasing, operations, and marketing to identify and address potential legal risks.
