Planning Engineer - Civil ( Male Candidates Preferred )

Main Responsibilities

• Project Planning
• Preparation of Project Management Plan (PMP) for each project with an action plan along with deliverable with the timeline as per the latest PMP.
• Preparation of Project Schedule , covering the entire scope and within defined timelines
• Periodical project planning readjustment and rescheduling
• Preparing contract deployment schedule, QS delivery schedule, material purchase schedule, and follow-up for the same to meet the working program and site requirements.
• Project Monitoring and Reporting
• Updating and monitoring weekly and monthly project progress and priorities with the help of the Project Management Team, Engineering/ Construction Manager.
• Collect periodic updates and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly updates of the project along with the project responsible
• Perform regular analysis of all schedule trends, in case of deviations revise the schedules to meet the set targets
• Study and implement planning related to construction work
• Coordinate with various departments like Engineering, Procurement, Contracts), quality & Commissioning Departments.
• Prepare variance reports at various stages of the project to analyze deviations
• Forecast financial requirements during that period in coordination with the estimation department.
• Prepare required reports and presentations

Minimum requisites:

• B.E. Civil and 3 - 5 years of Relevant functional experience in real estate ( Residential and commercial project )
• Good communication skills including writing reports and presenting in English and Marathi
• Good understanding of civil engineering principles
• Efficient time management and planning
• Strong Problem solver with a methodological approach
• High Attention to detail
• Work as part of a team and individually
• Male candidate preference
