Job Title: Senior CRM Executive / CRM Manager

Experience: 3-8 years (minimum 3 years in an Individual Contributor role)

Location: Miraya Project, Mextech Realities (Joint Venture of Nandivardhan Group), Thane

Our Miraya project by Mextech Realities, a joint venture of the Nandivardhan Group, is a benchmark in luxury living, and we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior CRM Executive or Lead CRM to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, explaining timelines and next steps while building trust through transparency.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated client issues, resolving concerns related to documentation, payments, and updates promptly.
• Lead and mentor a team of CRM executives, conducting training and evaluations to ensure high-quality client service.
• Oversee accurate documentation and compliance with legal standards, maintaining detailed records in CRM software.
• Develop a feedback system to capture client insights, analyze data, and recommend process improvements for enhanced service delivery.
• Generate regular reports on CRM activities, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution, tracking KPIs to identify improvement areas.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align customer communication, drive repeat business, and encourage referrals/testimonials.
• Proactively manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle, delivering consistent service excellence.

Key Requirements:

• Graduation in any relevant field (Real Estate/Business/Management will be preferred).
• 4-8 years of experience in customer relationship management, with at least 3 years in an Individual Contributor role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders.
• In-depth understanding of CRM processes, including post-sales support, documentation, and customer onboarding.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
