- Regulatory Compliance and Strategy:.
- Responsible for facilitating knowledge transfer in Regulatory affairs areas as per the changing business needs.
- Responsible for evaluating the impact of regulatory changes and incorporating the changes to products..
- 100% adherence to the country specific compliance regulations and making sure that there is no deviation..
- Data Management and Documentation:.
- Establish and tracking of KPIs for Regulatory affairs team.
- Approval of SOPs and authorizing the process changes related to Regulatory affairs.
- Responsible for Process improvement within the Regulatory affairs.
- Facilitating cross functional interactions wherever applicable towards achieving collaborating working environment..
- Team Leadership and Development:.
- Mange and motivate the team and responsible for the consistent performance..
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and development support to the team members.
- Manage workload distribution, prioritize tasks, and foster a collaborative environment..
- Responsible for cascading the relevant communications to the team from Global counterparts and SBS management thereby ensuring transparency.
- Taking ownership for the change management from the organizational and process aspects and making sure that there is a seamless transition.
- Identify strategic areas and opportunity to explore and expand the business.
- Leading multiple teams / teams leads/ bigger span.
- Coaching and building capability of the team..
- Involve in the organizational initiatives and leading projects which impact at organization level.
- Continue to exhibit the high impact culture behavior for self and for the team deliverable to have higher impact..
- Stakeholder Collaboration:.
- Work closely with Global counterpart and act as a liaison between Global team and local organizations..
- Qualifications.
- Education: Masters degree or PhD in natural science, chemistry, Biotechnology or a related field..
- Experience: 8 -12 years in regulatory affairs, and experience in leadership position of managing team..
- Skills:.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills..
- Strong understanding of EU REACH regulations, GHS and compliance processes..
- Excellent organizational and project management skills..
- Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail..
- Ability to lead and develop a team..
- Proficiency with regulatory submission software and data management systems.
